Effective 2026-05-25. This policy describes how IntelMash handles account email addresses, session cookies, wallet links, verification records, and payout-related platform data.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the data needed to operate IntelMash, including account email addresses, chosen public usernames, session records, linked wallet addresses, cryptographic verification status such as World ID or Passport proofs, payout history, and moderation/review records.
2. Why We Use It
We use this data to authenticate users, protect against abuse, verify humans, link payout wallets, process platform payouts, maintain review and moderation integrity, and comply with legal, security, and accounting obligations.
3. Public vs Private Data
Your chosen username may appear publicly. Your email address is treated as private account data. Wallet addresses may be shown inside authenticated account surfaces and may be linked to transaction history required for payouts and audit trails.
4. Cookies
IntelMash uses the `intelmash_session` cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is strictly necessary for authenticated account access and protected participation flows. If non-essential analytics or tracking are added in the future, additional consent handling will be required.
5. Data Retention
We retain your active account data for as long as your account is open. Even after account deletion, anonymized audit logs and wallet transaction histories are retained for 5 years to comply with financial, tax, and legal obligations.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Users have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data. You also have the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to certain processing. Because cryptographic proofs and EVM blockchain transactions are immutable, deletion requests will result in the anonymization of the IntelMash account record rather than the deletion of on-chain data.
7. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from the account page. We anonymize the account record, remove login and wallet links, and end active sessions. Some platform records are retained in anonymized or minimally necessary form for fraud prevention, payout accounting, legal obligations, and audit history.
8. Contact and Updates
IntelMash may update this policy as the product, payout systems, or legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update may require accepting a new Terms of Service version at registration or re-consent points.
